Why are park skiers so small?

it seems like a lot of the good park skiers are small-- is that cause they're young-- or cause small people have a higher propensity to be good in the park?
I'm 5' 11" 160--- and that's bigger than the av... I'm not a big guy by any means.

im 5'2 105 pounds, i really like powder more than park and droping 25 footers, i get quite a bit of time in the park, so i can switch 5 blunt big tables and rails are pretty fun, so maybe your right, small skiers could be good at park becuase of their size.

if by pacific NW you mean Crystal Mountain, you are right. at most of the other areas though, baggy clothes are pretty common.
