crouch down against a wall and take ten deeeeep breaths, then take 3 quick ones and hold in the last one, then stand up against the wall and have someone push hard against your sternum until you pass out...make sure theyre strong enough to hold you up, i hurt my knee pretty badly cuz when i did it for the first time i fell like sideways
