so like two weeks ago i was doing a u box...something i have done so many times...i guess i got tired and slipped back and slammed my ass/upper thigh on it....a bad bruise...and a huge as lump....ive been skiing but i always fall on it and it hurts even more...i finally gave it two days off...felt better and now it hurts again since i fell on it haha....its beat and this weekend was full of competitions.....so hips suck and does anybody have anything good about healing hip injuries besides ice/heat and the ibprophen

I think your little lump is blunt force trauma, I got it when I keep landing on my nataral grinding side trying to learn 270s on a small midwest ski hill rail.
Nothin too bad I just learned not to fall.
But when you brake your arm or wrist its like fuck I can't ski for a while, if its a leg or torso then its like FUCK!!! I can't ski till next season. I mean its cool to brake some thing because of meditation and wymon love to sign injuries and want to help with the pain. but when you brake its hurtful.
