I've got 270's down but i've got a question for you guys. A lot of the videos i've seen for 270's people will look down while spinning. Does anyone else do that? Last time I tried i lost all my momentum. I just throw the spin and hope for the best. For learning 450's i'd imagine its a lot less scary to look down the whole time. So does anyone look down while spinning? Does it work better than just throwing it?
dont look straight down, look forward a little. cuz most likely the rail is straight (kinked or not) so if you look forward its like looking down cuz the rail is really in the same place forward as it is under your feet (understand?). anyways look downward a little bit, keep your balance better.
for my 270's on i bring my legs up pretty high...and i look down so i can spot my landing...it helps me with how hard i have to spin to get my feet around...i think its harder looking further down the rail
