for all the people who just have to have there shit their way, just make an unmoderated form of the site, and set the 18+ disclaimer to it.. problem solved, no legal issues, no more complainin from people who are easly offended, people who "must" have there libriatian rights will be happy. It will be a enter at your own risk secondion and you could even run it from a different address than newschoolers and give it a clever name so that ns is not affilated directly with it.
