Yes. Rossi changed the topsheets after they released scratch bcs midseason last year, from slick and shiny to rubbery. Pretty much all scratches you find in stores today have them, unless they're left over from mid season last year.

180's and up? good just nneded to know cuz i got the 182 bc's off ebay and the seller said that they were 03, so i just needed a way to verify that they relly were.

dude, the smoothe ones are bad, that 180 and up is crock and the rubbery means its after they fixed the binding riping and snappin and pressure cracks, my coaches have 182s and their ruBBer
