Yeah I belive in Ghosts... My mom has had some pretty freaky experiences working with the elderly who suffer from demnsia (Sp?). Things that actually send chills down my spine and make me realize that there is so much more out there that we just dont understand.
Things like old ladies who cant remember their own name telling my mom "KJ (something only her father called her) Let your dad out of the closet, He wants out!" My mom never told anyone in the family her middle name. Or an old lady telling my mom that she needed to open the window so her mom could come inside. "she's on the swing, and she is cold, open the window and let her in". It was bad enough the swing was moving, probaly in the wind, but when my mom asked "What does the lady in the swing look like" this old lady was able to describe to my mom in detail how my grandmother was dressed when she was burried, right down to the jewellery that she was wearing, with all the colours and patterns and hairstyle right. Tell me this isnt proof of somekind of life after death, or atleast that something really creepy wasnt going on.

yah i def beleive in ghosts, when i was like 14 i was riding my bike through the woods, my neighborhood is on a lot of old farmland and theres tons of old cemeterys like both indian and from settlers, but anyways im riding my bike and like all of a sudden i notice this whtie thing out of the corner of my eye off to the right that kinda looks like its running, it cuts right in front of me and i slam on my breaks and fall, i watch it keep going through like really dense brush without slowing or making any noise, im scared as shit so i just ride home but dont mention it because i figure Im loosing my mind. like a month later my little brother comes in from playing in the woods with a few friends near the same path, he's really scared and tells me and my mom this story and he and all his friends saw the exact same thing, we havent used that path since and its been like 5 years

i dont know if this is necessarily a ghost story but here it goes:
My fathers dad, aka my grandfather on my father's side died when my father was only 17 or so.
So my dad grows up and all and meets my mother and they have me right, so they name me after my grandfather.
Anyway, when i was like 2 or something, never even said my name in my life, my parents decided to go visit my grandfathers grave. they go to the cemetery where he's buried but its been 10 years or so since they have been there, maybe longer, so they are not sure where the grave is. I get out of the car and run off. they walk over to me and i'm standing ontop of my grandfathers grave saying his name. i guess my parents were shocked and my dad actually cried. now tell me that isn't spooky.
