Is This The End?

To the admins and mods of NS:

If you read nothing else read the bottom twp paragraphs.

When this site was created it was basically nothing, you turned it into a legend. The site is growing by the day. The question here is this- is it getting any better, or is all going in the toilet?

This is a friggin skiing site, look at the age poll on the front page, most people here are between 15 and 18. We are all here because we choose to be, we realize that we are at risk of being exposed to offensive material. This is the nature of this sort of site and this age group. It cant all be deleted, there's simply too much of it.

Recently we lost two NS legends, the Hot Girl Thread, and Lat, because of what mods appearently considered offnesive material, lets define offensive.

If somebody has an icon that pisses a few people off, mods find that offensive, what appearently isn't offensive is the posts telling people they are gay, or that they are noobs and should leave the site, or the posts about this or that being stupid. Now personally, if somebody wants to make a threesome icon, or one with tits, it does me no harm, but if somebody says my skis suck, or I suck, I would be offened by that. So why aren't those things deleted, they offend just as many people. My point here is if we delete all material that is offensive to a couple people, there won't be anything left.

I consider the deleting of the hot girl thread in response to the banning of Lat to be nothing but an act of defiance, a slap to the face as if to say that they can do what they want and we have no right to express ourselves on NS. It's wrong for them to delete it because we called to their attention the error of their ways, Lat shouldnt have been banned, the hot girl thread shouldnt have been deleted. End of story.

To the people who complained about the icon: You are choosing to be here and are subjecting youreslf to this type of material by doing so. You don't have to ruin it for the majority of people who love all of this site by getting it deleted, its you that should be banned.

If things keep going this way with people being banned for stupid things and threads deleted that have nothing against the rules in them, NS looses its purpose and becomes no better than all the other sites out there. I don't want anything to do with NS if it keeps going like this, I have better things to do with my spare time. I want this thread to be here for anybody to read because they are choosing to; so don't delete the thread, ban me for all I care. Yes I'm a rant, yes I'm complaining, get used to it, after all you chose to read this. I'm just sick of all this bullshit.
