Replying to Knee f'ed up

i went up to a fairly small jump this weekend and as i hit the top i push off and start my spin(for a 3), and before i even take off my right knee felt like the whole thing just shifted really bad.
im just wondering if this has happened to anyone and if anyone knows what might have happened to it? i can still ski fine, but every once in a while when im turning the pain comes back, and i did it 3 days ago

just any help or any ideas on what happened to it or if this has ever happened to anyone else would be appreciated
