There has been a proposition passed in Canada about helmets being mandatory for skiing? I think it should be peoples own discretion. I use it for the park, but people should do what they want...ski resorts are fie because they are not liable anyways....what do u guys think??

yeah thats stupid in massachusetts there was a law passed hat if a cop saw u without ur seat belt on he could pull u over and give u a ticket

^ we have that in Indiana too. But that's not bad. it's one little strap, that will save you like 99% of the time. Helmets aren't a definate safe thing. I wear a helmet almost all the time, but i don't think they should be mandatory.

also here in MA they have that gay wear a helmet while skating/biking. ive had my board taken away 4 times

ski resorts are liable. even though they have the disclaimers, they still get sued, specially with parks

well in Ontario at least, maybe canada, if your under 16(or maybe 18) you Must wear a helment when biking, if not you will get a ticket. I have heard only 1 story of it being inforced and he was let off with a warning. If it does get passed it wont be inforced too much

i just think its stupid police can have that much control over everday things like riding a bike or skateboarding and wearing a seat belt in a car. if people want to take the risk that they engage themselves in ... then fuck it its not the po pos problem
