What up u guys,
In honour of Jacob's resignation and in order to change the negativity of newschoolers into a positive force 4 good, i have founded the SKI UNIT. This is going to made up of a bunch of Guys who want to help people and be possitive. Newschooling has no boarders and no limits but we need to protect our sacred sport from negative and bitchy guys who want to destroy it. If you are with me and the SKI UNIT movement just sign your posts forever with "memeber of the ski unit" and change the face of freestyle skiing for the better.

2)And alot of the time it is all "douchebags" which means that people get abbused rather than helped.

3)We are not trying to reform "skiing" but we are trying to refom newchoolers so that skiers can talk about stuff without the unecessary baggage of riducule

agreed but from what i can tell the ski unit is just a bunch of people who have had enough of the hate and want a place where they can ask questions and what not without having to worry about being hated on

Alright good question. We mostly want to target the "sheep" and the guys who think it is cool to cruel, we want to

1, get as many pros and guys that respect to join up and help us. If people we all look up to are with us then sents a positive vibe throughout the site.

2, Also we are trying to get loads of members of newschoolers to join up. If people see that the majority of the site is against them then they will feel under pressure to stop. Thats why we encourage people to sign Member of the SKi unit.

3, We are using the cult to show people that we being nice and chilled out is better and nicer for all involved. We have a core of memebers who keep it keep it chilled out and that makes new members calm themselves down and enjoy the care free expirierance.

4, If we just tell people that they are being dicks then they might chill out

well, sorry, but youre going to get hated on wherever you go on this site. because what happens when all the members of the ski unit cant decide on something? theyre all going to bicker and hate. come on, theres no where in the world where you can get away from people hating. you just have to ignore it and move on with your life and actually go skiing.

yeah, thats all i want to know. what happens when the ski unit cant decide? HATE, thats what. come on, you have to look at NS's motto ("NS:Who have you hated on today?") and laugh, not be angry. Its people like that make other people be haters. I dont want to be a hater against you. but youre doing something so dumb and stupid and worthless that its forcing me to hate on you. so by actually saying you want to get rid of the hate, youre actually increasing the hate.

You guys are so defeatist, you say that there is hatred in newschoolers and you assume and accept that it will always be so. Our cult can and do disagree but I don’t get heavy on a guy because he thinks Mike Wilson is the best pro, even if I think it may be tanner or Steele. We don’t have hate, I accept that it is his opinion and I respect that you know. The rest of newschoolers are out there killing each other and hating each other for things which simply a matter of opinion. Our cult is important because we promote that tolerance that we want to spread through the rest of newschoolers.

And how is this going to work ?

By people looking at our cult, seeing how it work, seeing how chill and nice a forum is with out the hate and make them want to emulate that through out the site

I will turn the other ski and offer you guys all invitations

the ski unit should at least try to promote non-haterism throughout NS i think it's a worthy goal. It's actually impossible, but I think we can get close.

OK. This is a website. If your life is possessed by it thats kinda sad. Go read or something. Or smoke pot. Jeez. Your not guna change the world by chaning a WEBSITE. Go to another website. whatever you need. But cmon this is so dumb. People wanna be douschebags because they can hide behind their computer. Lucky you have friends that you can discuss skiing with dont go on a website. Chances are you will nevr meet anybody on this iste. But i do think that evrybody at least once on this site has lied about something about themselves or to themselves. I just think we need to get a "magnifying glass". OK im sorry none of you probably understqnd this but if you do you are truly a noble person. Dont smoke pot it kills. And lets not have crews or watevr lets just be chill and be friends. All i know is there is too much ahte. But this is what i think. And since it is on an internet website i will be called names and such. But i don't care. Lets be friends. Im an asshole sometimes. Dude i am here at Ns because i like the idea, but it has become so hard to talk about skiing without being shot down by angry people from behind their computers. We are working to try and make it a place where we can actually talk to people rather than one where i throw an unfounded insult at you and you return one to me. This is a skiing site and i want it stay that way rather than turning into a site where people attack each other.

If thats not worth fighting for, then newschoolers is pointless. and it is no longer that special ski site that i love

the ski unit has a noble purpose, but it is really not worth all this. If you're really that offended by someone who insults you on your computer then you need to chill out. Read the FAQ about "flamers", AKA haters. JUST IGNORE THEM. they're really aren't that many.

then you attempted to persuade me for like 15 messages. What I am sasying is that you have a cult. It is a internet cult.

I have multiple cults. Its no big deal, but you don't like bump your thread to make it look like you have some gay revolution going on. Why do you need a cult to spread the love? that secludes the love to a cult. Its not about cults, its about everyone being chill and wanting to be nice to each other.

You do not need a cult, but you have one. Keep it and work with it. If people like the idea, they will join.

Ask most on this site and they will say I am not a hater. Just literal.

Ask most on this site about you and they will be like "Who"?

You are creating hate. I'm not the only one here that thinks you are trying to act like the Savior of Newschoolers. There are hardly any members in your cult I would consider high rated. and the ones that are I already heard their Opinions.

yeah ur right gotama some people do make an uber big deal out of it maybe they are entitled to want to rid some of the haters and i repect them. I respect everyone's opinion. I have a few things:
1) Wtf does "high rated" mean? Seriously.
2) Most of us aren't trying to be "the saviours of NS". We are just trying to create a positive atmosphere.
3)About the asking a lot of people on the site about you. This is true, you're not a hater.
4) A lot of people on NS want it to be a good atmosphere with not many assholes. We're answering their wish.
5) You don't have to join. I don't know why they sent you so many mesages asking you to join but that's kinda stupid. I agree with you on this: some people overdo it.

And that's my statement of the day.

High rated would be someone that I log on and say, oh thats Mary, or Jake, or doug, or caleb, or andy, or whoever else is someone recognizable in the community. Its just like realy life, you kinda pay attention to everyone you know while everyone else sorta walks past.
