Question about the invader

I know there is like billion threads on the invader, but none were specific enough.
So I've heard some people have had a little trouble with these skis, but my little sister like 5'3 115lbs im guess is looking for a new ski and I thought they might be okay for her.
She's a solid skier but new to park, and wouldnt be super aggresive on rails so I figured she woulnt destroy them as some people have.
So do you guys think they would be alright for her,or do these skis have too many problems??
thanks

i wouldnt see a prob with her getting on a pair..i think its really aggressive skiers that have had probs, and with her weight she should be fine..
but then again, we have all heard about mysterious problems with then, totally unpredicted..

might want to get her a more all-mountain ski if she's not going to be in the park all day imo.

i think they would be a great ski for her, especially since shes just getting into park. granted she wont be slaying them too hard, they still are durable, great for riding siwtch and the flex for her wait is probably perfect

The only real "problem" with the Invader is the fact that the plastic topsheet that protects the normal topsheet from scratches peels off. Even if it peels completely off, which is hard to make it do, then you are left with a perfectly fine ski, which is just like any other ski (it's just an extra protective layer!) I'd say definately have her get them, maybe wait a bit until they go on sale for even cheaper in the spring.
