they should be able to. ski and golf can mount a pair of skis in like 15 min. and changing the din and brakes shouldnt take more than 5 min or so.

Shops do other things besides just mounting skis. It does only take like 10 minutes, but keep in mind most shops will also do tuning on skis and boards, which when done properly, take a helluva long time.
If you really want it done right away, throwing down $20 may get you bumped up.

oh yeah, tack on another 5 minutes so the tech can properly plug the old holes(if any).

get to be known in the shop and a mount or remount should never take more than 20 minutes, even if there is a line of 50 peoples skis waiting...

umm, it takes longer if they mountain by adding epoxy to make threads in the holes, but even then it only takes like half hour, and only because you need the epoxy to full set, a din change and brake change take around a minute.

you could change your din yourself, they prob. won't put em where you want them anyway, i've not found a tech (besides my buddies at my local shop at home) who will actually put my dins where i want them. When I ask for an 11, they always look at my like i'm an idiot, eventhough the only times i've been hurt bad, was when i pre-released after landing something big in sketchy snow

Techs can set it to whatever DIN you want, but if they do, you usually have to sign a release of liability.
