Start by getting comfortable crossing your skis in the air. After you can take off, cross your skis, uncross them, and land, then just pull your feet up, reach down, and grab it! It's all a matter of being comfortable in the air.

ill try to be helpful. bring your skiis to your hands to grab them, dont reach down for the skiis, or else it wont work for you. also, contrary to popular belief, you actually need air to grab your skiis. at least if you dont want to look like a goon. thats my 2 cents

um....just bring yer skis up to you and then grab the oppisite ski. it u pull em just a little they will naturally cross. and also don't try like 2 feet up. U need some air to make it look good

to add a little style, i know this won't sound right but it helps me, bring your heels towards your ass while grabbing. It makes it super tweaked.

If you can't get a proper mute grab, you don't have enough control in the air to do it. You need to practice on a trampoline getting height while practicing moving your feet in certain positions to gain air awareness.

Trampolines solve everything.

why does every one cross? you all want to look like mosely? here:
go huge off of a hip, then just grab opposite ski and yank them to the side so they come almost as high as your head; it looks mad

here is the way I teach my self new grabs (all 3 that I know). go off a jump and just reach for it. don't actually grab ahold of your ski but reach in thhe general direction. after about maby 5 times of trying this and getting closer each time to actually grabbing just go all the way and suddenly it becomes very easy!

grab close to your binding, otherwise you run the risk of ripping off your own ski when you tweak it, as i have done. not pretty, cause its pretty hard to land with one ski.

do it on spines hips and pipe otherwise it will be gay unless your corked or spinning normal on tables

2. cross skis
3. grab mute
4. tweak to side
5. let go of grab
6. uncross skis and prepare for landing
7. add to spins
