so i hear good ole webster left this site because the attitude of this site sucks fat ass. well that is awsome. the cool part about it is that i've been preaching this idea for many moons now and all i get is "totally deserved" shit, but now that a rockstar athelete says this place sucks everyones like man lets change our ways and be bras again.
That example right their just reinforces how skiing has lost a lot of individualsim. The majority just follows the trends and doenst strive to be differnent and stand out in a different way.
I dont want to bore your lazy eyes with more text than your read in a weak, but i just want to say, if pros are starting to realize that skiing is not headed in the right direction, shouldnt we have realized this long ago and already work towards fixing this?

Well he already left this site because he felt no hope. I stick around because i like making people angry mainly, but also because underneath all the bullshit smeared pages of this site, there lies an ancient potential only experienced by the first few.

as i can recall i dont remember once saying that by being and individual i hoped to not get along with any one. you are so brainwashed that you associate individualism with a negative connetation, which is sweet i might add. you probably think true anarchy is bad too right.
sure we can all hold hands and call it a grand ole time, but what do we represent on a whole, what image to we portray, what attitudes do we have? these are all questions you need to ask your self, and then you need to look long and hard at the answers and use your brain to try and even comprehend what im talking about

For anyone who is following this thread, is that the kind of moderation we're all talking about?
It's not just that jacob is famous that this issue was brought to everyone's attention. It was simply a great opportunity to get into the limelight what everyone has been saying for a long time. The fact of the matter is that people respect him, and he's been a long time member of the site. This was a great chance to get it out there, and really try to tackle the issue.

Jacob is looking for attention.
Being a member on NS is free and isnt a contract, you can leave whenever you want. You don't have to go crying when you leave. Just leave. If he was paying for privliges on this site and he was pissed that he was paying for something and not getting it then i could see his litle rant. But NS is free and he is just looking for more attention (any press is good press, even if your an up and comin ski star)
