The sprayer is a less expensive version of the scratch. It has a wood core instead of the triple-hybrid core found in the scratch, and I think it might be a little skinnier, not completely sure on thet part, though.

word. scratch has THC core, making it more stiff and poppy. sprayers are narrower. sprayer FS is 80 underfoot and sprayer BC is 88 underfoot
sprayers arent too shabby in the park and all mountain at all. i do enjoy mine

doesnt the foam core "lose its life" after a season or so making the sprayers better because wood > core??

scratch only has a small part of its core that is actually foam, most is wood. It has three parts, but mostly wood, it doesnt really lose its life.
the full wood core of the sprayers is nice though. It has a nice feel in park and everywhere else (at least from my experiences)

the fs's are stiffer and wider, same dimensions as last years bc(88 underfoot), the sprayers are same dimensions as last years fs's(80 under) but have the wood core instead of the thc making them softer. what year ar5's are you comparing? the fs will likely be stiffer but i have no idea about the sprayer.

Ar5s are flexier than Scratch FS.
The sprayer FSs are really flexy though. I ski the BCs and if you want a good all mountain/park ski they are really nice

No, they are 2mm thinner at tip/waist/tail
and have a different core, and are slightly more flexible
