There has been a recent seemingly anti-NS movement going on lately. Although i do think Jacob and Spriggs leaving will bring along good change to this site, alot of people seem to be jumping on the band wagon and hating on this site. I am dedicating this post to praise and thanks those who make this site possible, and to express my love for NS and all it does for the ski community. Yes there are some problems, no it isnt perfect. But what is? That is life my friends. We need to accept it for what it is and appreciate what Doug and the other mods have done for us. Remember, this isnt a hobby, this is their job. They do it for the skiing community as a whole, becuase i guarantee this is not a six figure income position. So here it is, thank you Doug Bishop, thank you to the entire NS Staff, for what you have done for me, and the entire ski community. If you feel the same, post the love.

i was hoping this would become a long thread praising the mods. i think they need and deserve some positive reinforcement after the past few days, and i know that this community loves the mods, and a nice long thread of praise would be great for the community.

NS should get like an entire shop. even though it would be expensive and all i would definitley wear their stuff. Ive only been a member of NS since december 30, 05. And all i do now on the internet is go on Newschoolers. i love it alot.if NS wasnt existant i would be much more bored. Ive been freeskiing maybe since last month or two of last season and i live in the pa. so theres not great opurtunity for me to get real good.But before i joined NS my progression of freestyling was very slow i did not kno how to maneuver tricks. But from the 90% of positive help my progression in the past two months have increased dramactically. i would like to thank NS and am excited for the future for how much better NS may become

NS is sweet, I spend way to much time on it. Maybe they should sticky this and put is next to Wester's thread...just kidding but I like how the thread that gets so much attention is a thread that is hating on hating, kinda oxymoronic(is that a word?). Pretty much NS is sweet and its easy to ignore the dumb haters and enjoy the site!

well i love the site, but a lot of the memebers are not very supportive of each other and all they do is come on here and look for people piss on, i love ns, but it is becoming something bad, but we can change that and make it a cool(er) place again
