i have found that there have been many "posers" around my mountain. they all have twin tips an either dont use them at all or just go in the park and go off the side of jumps. i like that more ppl are gettin into the sport but i dont like that a lot of kids are just getting twin tips because they think it makes them cool

Just call them on it, and if you piss them off and they fight back, call them on it again. Just start some shit and they will puss out.

You're wrong.
Talk to these kids and set them straight about the sport you love if you're serious about this. Don't call them on it, teach them to love it. Getting angry about people you don't know and consider inferior is way WAY worse than any kid that's just learning how to ski. Set the example, or shut the fuck up.

everybody has to start somewhere. But i do know what you mean, it's a little annoying to see people with twins who obviously will never use them. On the other hand, there are bigger things to worry about.

I’ve found that individuals calling other people "posers" are just insecure about their own abilities and look to other people to cast criticism, don't worry about these "posers" they put more money into the industry.

or i am just pissed that some of my friends that try incredibly hard and love skiing dont have the money to get the same equipment that posers have even theo they dont put any effort into freestyle

i kinda like it. i've taken old school straight skis into the park once or twice and it's just fun to show up "posers" on crappy equipment.

yeah...i think that you should really talk to a person and get to know them and see if they are legit before you bag on them...what if somebody came up to you and started saying shit if you werent doing anything.......

i dont think so racers arent like pussy skiers who are scared to go off jumps they r the best skiers i have never seen a good racer scared to go over a jump unless it was a girl

most the kids at my mountain that are posers and have twins dont even go in the park, and if they do they kinda just stand around and watch the people who DO hit shit
