With just a straight spin, you can just go for it off a jump. There's really not much to it at all, although trying it on a trampoline first wouldn't hurt at all.

Usually off a jump in our park, or a rail. It usually depends on the kind of trick.

the way i learned how to do all the tricks was just progress everything, like start with a 3, then 5, then 7 then 9, and once you have one solid and know how it fells u can move onto the next trrick, like, i learned sw 1 sw 3 sw5 and sw7 in 4 censecutive runs, i just landed the next one and then went for the next

I just try them off jumps, I wreck like on 50% of jumps tho, but Like I tried my first sw3 off a 85 foot jump and my first rodeo 7 on a 70.

tramp, water ramps, visualize, spin on ground, practice grab on ground, spring board and mat... the list goes on. tramp is by far the best, if you can get on a big one like at the AGC at the loaf. we've got one here, same size as there, but you have to be in USSA and shit.

don't forget to go back to smaller shit too. if you don't, then when you try smaller shit much later on you'll probably over-rotate. that's what happened for me, just progress and do it all regardless of how big or small it is.

^^this it totally true. Keep doing ALL your tricks too, if you learn a sick on, don't jsut keep doing it, you kinda get stuck in patterns.

my normal trick progression is, just try it (if not a little hucked, dont hope for style on 1st attempt) and if i land it i try to smoothen it all out, if i dnt land it i normaly get tremendously pissed off and jus keep tryin out of annoyance

nooooo are you kidding me, set a goal for urself b4 u go, if you complete ur goal ul be happy, if you leave on a fall it better be on somthin that u didnt even expect to try, if its somthin u wanted to complete but didnt then ul be pissed and i think ud rather be happy, try not to leave on a fall on what ur goal for the day was, that way the next time you ski you know you can do the trick and stomp it again, and then progress to ur goal for that day

just go for it... or if it is inverted adn you dont want to land on your head/back on an icy and hard park jump landing, go build a booter somewhere in the woods with a powder landing

i am the type that will freak out the longer i wait, so if i have an idea in my head, then the best thing to do is to spend the smallest amount of time thinking about it, and usually i find that it is really easy, and then i kick myself for being such a pansy....

i did my first misty on a 60 foot booter today. ive never even done a front flip before that. just go for it if its a soft landing.

bail about 50 times, get about 50 bruises, then stomp it and feel like youre on top of the world.
All times are Eastern (-5)
