Who the fuck r u kidding, when you out on an event like this, vets get the nod ahead of groms...hands down Mike D has done more and deserves to be part of a contest such as this before any TJ type skier...just how it works...the people in charge have much deeper relations with Mike D (who brings more to the table than just his skiing(, while these GROMS have nothing to bring to the table....vet status holds for these one off type of events....just surfing, you may not be the best, but you put in your time and blood for the sport, you get the set waves while possibly better younger surfers watch from the sidelines///

Damn, some ignorant talk floating around here....

I'm not sure many of you relaize the type of terrain these guys are going to be sessioning. Truth is that there are some people who can't handle it, thus they are not invitied. It is not a terrain park with groomed landings, this is the real deal and everyone selected has proven their abilities in a similar arena.

Looking to go off this weekend!

powder has coverage of day one...sounds sick. Horliefson with a lincoln..Sammy with a corked 7 off of a natural hip and A-train with the right side three off of a 15 footer. Nothing huge, but in a somewhat legit line I think.
