Yeah, Me and a friend are thinking of hitting Jackson hole over springs break, and I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts if we need to get avy gear, I ski in Summit County and have never felt the need to go buy any for inbounds here, but was looking into that at jackson, cause it seems just a step above what we got here
Uh well I figured no, but can't be too safe, and I actually have been doing a lil research and was thinking of trying to pick up Recco and leave it at that
that's not true. just because he hasn't needed avi gear yet doesnt mean he can't hack Jackson's backcountry.
It all depends on where you plan on riding. Jackson has plenty of great controlled terrain that you don't need any avi equipment for. But if you're planning on hiking way out of bounds, its definately a good idea.
