Ski injurys

Hey how are you???

I can't go to ski because I had a accident in the park, my knee got injured... so I have time to post...

So what kind of injuries did you get at skiing???

umm ive never been injured tot he extent i couldnt ski but ive had sum real bad shins and knees nothing sum epsom salts couldnt handle

i was 14 when i tore my acl, it completly tore in 5 different places, then i was 11 when i did my collarbone, and i havn't fully broken my hand but it always gets messed up.

So I can say I'm a lucky kid??? Cause I ski more than 13 years and I got only two bad injuries...

I messed my right knee up two years ago, the doctors sayed "you never can ski again" but I trained hard...

16 days ago my other knee... torn acl, and some other ligamentes there...

Can you dislocate your collar bone? Mine always just snaps in half.

And my tail bone is fucked up too, been fucked for a month and a half at least now. I never went to the doctor for it because I dont think they actually do anything to treat it.

you just made me cry...

fractured heel, broken thumb, bruises, swollen knee, concussions and a cracked rib...but that last one i think came from drinking too much, and falling off a deck, but it was on the mountain so i guess it counts

fractured fibula, cracked tibula.. another fractured fibula and cracked tibula (for those who dont know the 2 bones in your shin) broken hand, ALMOST injured acillies tendon but instead spraned pretty well every tendon in my foot with some plantar fiscitus. Right now i have swelling in the muscles around my pelvis and their causeing the pelvis to not stay in place, cuncussion, many not so bad injuries that kept me from skiing like when i got his by a boarder going full speed. sprained my ankle another time.

welll....they can range.
ive broken ribs, punctured a lung (because of the ribs), bleeding kidney, and i had to get one of my ovaries removed because i fell so hard it just completely damaged my ovary.

2. Hurt Rotator Cuff
3. Broke Humerus Severly, and crappy doctors lead to it breaking a again, and my at the time I broke my wriste.
4. And when I broke my humerus, my conebone displaced, and will never go back.

Yesterday, I fucked up and turned right in front of my buddy. He was comming of a headwall at about 40 mph, and i turned right in front of him, and he close lined me. His face hit right of my ski boot. His board hit me in the arm, and then my knee twisted. Right now my knee hurts, but it isnt an acl tear and my arm is sore. But my friends whhole side of his face was black and blue this morning, and his eye was shut, and he had a small concussion. Hopefully we both recover for our trip in a week and a half.

My first real bad one this year: fractured tib; torn ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. Other than that cartilage damage in both knees and R hip, bit a hole in my lip, and some fucked up wrists and elbows. + a concussion here or there. oh ya i did brake my L collar bone at that little drop off on home streach my first time at killington. is that thing still there?
