is anyone having problems with halo2? its not letting me download the maps(it says there no content available) and my friends are having problems with matchmaking. anyone kno wats going on

my brothers been yelling at the television or "freinds" (5 year olds who play halo 7 hours a day) all day on it. i guess its been working
