i've heard that PE's and like karma's are pretty good, but search around because there are many threads that would help you.

unless you suck at skiing its not too hard to point a ski down a groomer and carve some turns. if people did it on 210 straight skis im pretty sure ANY twintip on the market today will do at least an equal job..

If you not concrened with in park performance so much you should get something wider like 90mm waist or bigger. Unless that it you wnat to make short carved turns that is. Go with those red fischer kehuas or nordica beast 92s if you can find them. Or if you're waiting a minute check out the new Prophet 90 next year it kills it.

the salomon gun's aren't a super stiff ski but i love the way it performs on groomed runs. holds an edge pretty well and doesn't feel like a 90mm underfoot. edge to edge transfer still seem quick to me.

yes u can carve on any groomer if its soft, if its icy and its steep then chances are on a softer ski ull be bouncing alot and be more out of control. i first hand suggest pes and karmas, i hear the mad trix too. the scott p3s sound good but someone said they are liek twin tip race skis they are real stiff

I second the atomic trips. Stable at speed and they feel really good when carving short or long radius turns.

hes got that right all skis will work on groomers thats the easiest place on the mountain for a ski to work. just ccause they ae softer doesnt mean u can throw down some nice arcs on the groomers

he wants a twin tip...not nessicazrly a full twin...but he wants some sort of a twin tip...and the kid isnt a park rat...he tries to look like a racer down the groomers...
so what ski can the kid pull a zero with and once he lands pull a few nice slalom na dgs turns...
PE's
Kamas??
whats better..any other suggestions

PE's are heavy, chronics, 1080 series, head mojo, liberty choppers, atomic deviants
All times are Eastern (-5)
