shaun white kills every venue he enters and hes doing huge things for his sport. and it seems--bc i dont know him--that hes a pretty good guy. Skiers are now becoming to big of premadonna's. Everyone on here hates some skier. Hall this or Olenick is a dick. search bar it if you dont believe me. When did skiers take over the thrown of premadonna's that previously boarders had held. We need our pros and those in the spot light to step up and get us away from this plague. Think of the classics, harrisons and Auclairs those guys are pretty chill i bet--again not knowing them. We need some positivity and good Karma in our world.

Which newschool skier can do it?

go skiing and do something productive for the ski industry rather than talking about who sucks more.

I love all aspects of skiing, pretty much all of them. I just love skiing in general, and I have hair on my balls, so much I think I might even need to trim it up a little. Regardless, I like skiing, park, big mountain, BC, racing! moguls, yup, I like skiing.

True. but there like 16, 18 and some older. how long does it take? did they not get the memo in preschool to share your toys, be friendly to everyone and nap time comes after the milk?

everyone on this site needs to just chill and respect the aspects of skiing, who cares if you cant ski that well frankly im sure i have more fun then all the pros do on some days just because i have such a tight group to ski with, i race my friends switch down runs and play like rock paper scissors going like 40 switch and dont ski in the park that much, does that make me bad at skiing i guess what im trying to say is go and ski for yourself and no one else

^ right on the money, if we didnt have all these sick pros pushing the sport right now then you can bet your sorry asses that, in a couple years everyone will just forget about freestyle skiing altogether, just like mountain boarding and kneeboarding. So unless you can throw a switch 1440 tail, or a 5 into pow, or a 240ft cliff for that matter, and are still complaining or talking smack about our beloved sport or our pros, you can just suck a monster dick.

amen. completely. everyone just chill out and respect people for what they do. if they like to ski park, awesome, gates, awesome, bumps, awesome, bigmountain, awesome. noone should be discriminated against for what they ski.

im not going to say that any pro skiers are dicks because i dont know them, but alot of the kids that are skiing the park all day have that douchebag attitude adn i think a lot of it comes from the images or tanner/other pros. they think that by wearing baggy clothes you have to be a dick. there are these faggots in my park that are made up of snowboarders and skiers that go night skiing and get drunk and dont even ski, they just sit there adn talk shit and try to pick fights. it's ridiculous

i dont think it makes a difference. if the world thinks we're punks and wont embrace our sport like they did snowboarding... less lines in the park and fewer people for me to have to compete against in comps

Everybody thought snowboarders were punks when boarding was taking off as a sport. Hell, a lot of people still think all snowboarders are punks. I'm not sure "punkness" has anything to do with it. Skiing is about fun.
