PC and how it sucks.

Well I just want to flame on the vibe of PC. I love the park but the kids are all dicks. There all cocky and think they are gods gift to the universe. Not to mention that all the kids have the exact same oakley outfit and the exact same style. I am sick of it, I cant wait untill skiing is done with spin to win and the same styles, I cant wait untill it gets creative, and at Park City we see none of this. B-RIGHT-ON represent. Oh and if you are traveling to the area the only thing youll find at PC is a snooty park crew (besides the only skier thats on it) and a bunch of kids that look the exact same.

i thoght you were hating on the pacific coast,,, but now that i se its about utah. ok.. yeah... park city sucks.. utah sucks. i dont care if your snow is dryer it sucks. it just means your poon is dryer and your more pissed off.

first off,will, we all love u. but to all u kids out there that think all pc kids r stuck up, look around, there r people like that everywhere u go. everyone just stop hating. there are some fags here in pc, believe me i deal with them everyday at school, but not everyone is snooty and stuck up.

well, the one time i went to park city i hated it, not because of the terrain but the kids in the park, they werent mean (that i know of) but it was sooooooooo intimidating cuz there all so good.

but anyway, I will claim right now, i fucking rock at skiing, and i fucking love rippin pow and droppin rocks (im not gonna say big mountain cuz usually kids who just suck at park use the excuse (ohi only ride big mountain {except that they stay inbounds})

but if anyone wouldnt mind riding some park at PC with someone who sucks at park, that would be way dope, cuz well im 19 and i still get intimidated.

yo thro_um_big,pc is a sick place to ride and all the kids are super chill and you get so much better skiin ther coz all the kids r so good.PC REP!!!!!!!!!

man if people like try to be all cool and not talk ill jus start talking and make them uncomfortable man its their bad for not being friendly and makin it awkward. whats even coolder is when you say what up at the same time, then you know you are hellafriendly so keep it like dat!

I liked it there. THe kids were nice as hell to me. I rode up with a couple of 9thward kids was we spoke for a while and no one was being a dick. Maybe because I was there on christmas day and eveyrone was happy (2 yrs back)

seriously dont complain about it there i live on the east coast and have a park thats nothing CLOSE to pc's park...even if the kids were dicks i would die to go there

there is some creditabilty in this argument. alot of the kids have developed the same style and the no pole clown crews are pretty out of hand. but aside from the conformity and the crowds the park is super fun and is def the best utah has to offer. dont worry about being good just worry about having fun.

good thing im goin to snowbird and alta. at my park, me and my homies are usually the only ones in the park, besides the ppl who ski it for a normal run. does snowbird have cocky riders????

nah man were super chill (always some assholes) but we dont really ride park, so were not toooooo self-consumed and well we just do our own thing and what we think is fun, not what the cool thing in the park to do.


pc is chill, most parks are chill, but mountains like snowbird are hit or miss for people

they either hate the vibe, or love it, i happen to love it.

and i dont see how you could hate it.

BUT BUT BUT BUT i have heard madd heads talk about the gay old elitest rich asses at snowbird *you only come across those people in the tram line* other than those people its allllll gravey.

ill admit i felt that vibe but who cares man how can u complain when pc has one of the sickest parks in the world? I could careless about the feeling i get if the park is amazing. You will still progress not like its gonna hold u back.

I don't get it.  Skiing is a personal thing.  You do it to make you happy.  Now I talked with willem last year when this thread came out so this isn't aimed at you W.  

You ski for yourself, when you start caring what other people are saying, doing or talking about you behind your back, you've lost that drive that is there to push you.  I used to ski with a group of friends and we progressed every year, it was so much fun to ski.  We all went our seperate ways and I lost the desire to ski.  It took me a couple years to realize that I was skiing to get others approval and not for my own desire.  Skiing is the cheapest form of therapy out there.  well, snow for that matter is the cheapest form of therapy.   Ski for yourself and you will have the best days you've ever had in your life.  Ski to try to please people and you will drive yourself into the ground and burn out.   Those of you that I talk to on the hill, You guys are the reason i'm out there.  You guys having fun, progressing and just making laps with a big ass smile, that's why i'm on the hill getting paid jack squat doing what i'm doing.  I ski for myself, but I work the parks so you guys will have something that you can go home at the end of the day and say damn, that was one of the best days all year. And until everyone realizes how trivial cliques are, how stupid rivalries are and how far you aren't pushing yourself because you are too worried about what joe schmoe over there is saying, then there will be alot of kids that won't be able to realize their full potential, and will just burn out and fade away.  ( a hell of a run on sentance.)  My two cents for the day.  Stop by and say hi when you're on the hill.  flame away.
