i know a girl who went to wvv and couldnt handle it. she said the teachers sucked, and when she came back to a regular school she was so far behind she had to get home schooled and shit to catch up. she almpost had to repeat a grade.

haha, getting financial aid to become a good skier.... i don't get it? i don't see the logic in spending thousands of dollars for bad education and a better chance to be a pro skier.

I went to an academy. If you race you need to be near the top in your nation in your age group to go for free. I went on a work study program (had to work my tuition off in the kitchen plus patrial scholarship). It really sucked...I had zero free time. The education is on par with public school but if you are any good you will hardly attend class at all in the winter time. I literally went to 7 days of classes from dec-mar my senior year. I was a downhiller and fis races took up ALOT of time.

this girl is probably incredibly stupid and didn't do shit. when i went to wva i was so far ahead in my classes before i went back home and didn't have to do anything for the rest of the year.
but unfortunately, i don't think wva has scholarships, and has become crazy expensive. i believe mt snow has some scholarship stuff, message djxtreme or midwestskier69, they both go to mt snow and probably know about the financial aid stuff.
