Replying to Why do snowboarders cause me trouble...well

One day my 2 friends and i were chillin at the park and decided it was pretty lame that day and that we would go build a jump somewhere else. Well we start to build it up pretty fast, and then a herd of snowboarders come rollin down the hill. They sit down about 40ft up the hill from us, and outta nowhere start hurling snowballs at us. So me being the friendly skier that i am, decided to play along. I pick up a pretty icy piece of snow and threw it up the hill. Big mistake. I hit one of their crew in the face. He came down the hill, picked up my friends poles and starting beating me with em. So my other friend tackles this kid and then the rest of the snowboarders decided to back up this kid. We argued for like an hour..and just decided we'd be the better kids and leave. 3vs 10 wasnt my idea of fun...what should i have done? lol
