I am thinking of going there the week of march 13th. Has anyone skied there? Is it good? Also, will the conditions be good that time of year.
I appreciate any info

I haven't skiied there in a while, from what i've heard it can be good if theres alot of fresh snow, but that most of the time it's super icy. I can't imagine that it'd be worth coming down from canada for.

if cranmore has good snow, it'll be good skiing, but if it's shitty, drive too loon. They have enough decent skiing, trees, and what not, and if if shitty at cannon, you're far better of skiing Loon.

Stop dissing cannon....its awesome if you know where to go if you want to ski glades go to cannon or jay. I drive by loon like everyday and i went to waterville last week and cannon has atun more snow than loon and waterville. Cannons park isnt to bad either, but if you are looking for park loon or waterville probably is better

hands down some of the gnarliest skiing is at cannon. Weather is extream. When its good itll be some of the best EC skiing that could be done. unlimited amounts of BC. Supper Steep and Supper cold. If the snow pack is good the spring skiing would be abbsolutly epic.
PM me if you want me to explain the their BC options, i'll send ya picks

As an instructor at Cannon I can tell you we have legit glades. Snow permitting, of course...
But yea dude, we have Mittersill - an entire MOUNTAIN that's just one big glade that we just got from the state this past year. Not to mention Kinsman glade, the most boss glade around.
All times are Eastern (-5)
