How safe is paypal?

ok, im going to start a paypal account so i can donate, but i wanna know how safe it is, etc. i tried search bay, diddnt come up with much. lets hear your stries. also, how long would it take for me to start it, put some money in, and send it to NS? thanks.

In order to confirm your bank account, PayPal may have made two small deposits into your bank account. You may have requested these deposits or they may have been made when you registered your bank account.

It typically takes 2-3 business days for these deposits to appear in your account. Check your bank statement or call your bank to find out how much was deposited.

Please enter these amounts exactly as they appear on your bank statement:

Paypal is safe. Millions of peole have it. Or I assume they do. But that many people cant be wrong. Go for it. I've used it and nothing has happened, so dont worry.

their encryption may be strong, but go to paypalsucks.com and check how many people they have ripped the fuck off...myself included.

im pretty sure Paypal doesnt go around trying to make scemes to steal your money... they are a legit big company.


i use it for everything and its the best way to pay

no, it's just people think they are like a bank and have to follow certain rules which they absolutely dont have to. Such as closing peoples accounts and seizing the ballance at any time. Allowing charge backs without investigation. Seriously, go check out paypalsucks and you'll see how dirty they are...unfortunately they are pretty much the only option.
