Replying to Violating probation

Last weekend I got suspened from school for 5 days for drinking at the dance.(im not admitting that I did) My buddy ratted my friends and I all out. My friend and I refused to take the breathalizer test and I just went home. The school says that they could tell I was drunk by observation so they were going to suspend me anyways. I was on probation prior to rhis incident. Am I in violation of my probation, and if so, what could happen to me?
