Need 1080 sizing help!!

A store in my area is selling all of their '02-'03 1080's for $339 and I don't know whether to go with the 181's or the 171's. I'm 5'8 and 140 lbs. I spend quite a bit of time in the park, but I NEED to have a ski that will perform well off-piste, and can cut through pretty hearty crud. I need quick input because the sale ends in 2 days! What do you guys think?

i guess it depends on if your still growing, right now, id say with your weight and height the 171s but if your gonna be growing then you might want 181

If you think you will stay at 140lbs go for the 171 (even if you get to 150 or maybe 160 you might still be fine). But if you think you can deal with the length and think you might grow a bit go with the 181.....I guess. You would be in heaven on a 175 PR (wink). But if I were you in your shoes RIGHT NOW, I would not hesitate to go with 171.

171 all the way i had a pair and i beat them to hell. i am 5'10' 150 and ride just about anything. un less you have never had a growth spurt, do the 171'S

definateley the 171 !!! unlesss you have a 50 lbs cock then the 181
