are you talking about boot sole length? if so:
-un do the big screw in the middle of the binding
-slide the whole binding off.
-turn the binding over
-observe the 2 tabs on the bottom of the 'rail'
-turn both tabs
-adjust to fit your boot sole length
-turn both tabs back to the locked position
-reinstall binding.
if that wasn't what you were talking about then i just wasted 2 minutes of my life...
