Replying to Salomon Warranty - Help?
Has anyone else (particularly if you live in Canada) warrantied with Salomon?
I brought my skis in to the store from which they were purchased on January 22. It's been a nightmare since then.
My store (despite telling me they had been shipped) held on to them for 4 days before shipping them. Purolator tells me they were signed for by Salomon on Jan. 27.
Salomon Customer Service tells me they were processed in the Salomon Warranty/Repair department on February 1.
It's now been a week and I can't seem to get any answers. This is going to be my third weekend without my skis.
The website says that they process skis in 48 hours!
