Just wondering if there is any difference between these 2 skis or are they the exact same ski? My friend told me they were the same.

03/04 have a shiny topsheet, 04/05 have a rubberlike topsheet.

no. the latest of those green ones had the rubberlike topsheet. i had the first tms and they were all shiny and nice.

I actually think the rubber makes them less durable. I have the 04s and my brother has the 05s. His have lost a lot of life, and he has put two giant gashes in the sides from banging them together while on the lift. We ski about the same, and my skis are fine (they haven't lost any life, either.) If you can find them, go with the 04s.

I have a pair that are 04/05 models with the shiny topsheets. They were available.
Just like the matte topsheets were available in 03/04, just to a lower extent than the regular (shiny) topsheets.
