i hit a jump a few weeks ago and landed completly flat and i got the worst pain in it but it went away after about a hour..then about a week after that i did the same thing doing a 3 ..the pain is barable but it dosent seem to be getting any better and its been over a week..its on the outside of my right knee and its bruised (idk where that came from cause my knee never hit anything..maybe from the impact??) anybodty have this happen?
of course people have had this happen. its just a really deep bruise. if you did tear/rip something, you wouldnt be able to put any wieght on it. so dont worry about that. you may have stretched/twisted something, but it should be ok.
dude like 3 weeks ago i was going for a 3 and feel weird and killed my leg and hten it went away then when i skied and feel again like a week later it came back and its on the side of my calf it hurts bad but its gone now when i fall it will come back
I had this pain in my knees for a very long time, bit i fought it went over by itself. Than I went to a doctor and what came out wasnt good at all. I now have to go to all kinds of doctors to get over it.
Its probably just a bruise. I would go to the doctor. I would suggest not skiing very hard tomorrow because you seriously take the risk of making it worse.
If your going to ski, take it really easy. Film your friends or something.
Keep it away from heat, that would only make it swell up worse. Blood is attracted to heat in your body (hence why your heart is the warmest part) and the more blood the more of a hinderance it will be to ski with. Less mobility.
