help back flip

i need help with back filp is it easy? how do you land it good? how step shuld i build the jump? how big shuld i build the jump?

I wouldn't call it easy but its not the hardest thing. Just put your head back in the rotation of the jump. when you get around spot your landing and stomp it. Dont know what size of jump you want to build, just depends on how big you want to go.

Ya it's one of the esaist inverts. Lead with your head, it's all upper body. practice on a trampoline first. make sure you don't travel and just arc back from your hips up to your yead. watch McConkey through them...he has perfect form. and make sure your jump has good lip to it...maybe more than your average park kicker, this will help you learn. good luck man!

You just gotta imagine the trick in your head and then tell yourself not to stall out. The first time I tried one, I landed it a bit in the backseat but stuck it and then landed my second perfectly.

Some jumps are better than others for back flips, if it goes moer vertical, it's better than a kicker or a more flat lip.
