1. Complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament.
2. Vertical longitudinal tear in the posterior horn of the medial miniscus.
3. Tear involving the inferomedial aspect of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus with an associated meniscal cyst.
4. Bone bruising over the tibial plateau and over the lateral femoral condyle posteriorly.
5. High signal in the soft tissues of the posterolateral corner, possible reflecting capsular injury here.
SO I'm not a doctor or a radiologist but I'm thinking it can't possibly be any worse....
