Replying to His Nut Is Swollen

This freshman at my school took a knee to the nuts during a basketball game hardcore. It ruptured his testicle and his sack swelled up to the size of a grapefruit. I personally have not seen it but i heard it was fucking horrible. He had surgery on it to drain the fluid and he is happy because they DIDN'T HAVE TO AMPUTATE!!! How much would that have sucked. Anyway, he is at the hospital recovering and making sure it doesn't swell up again. Maybe he will still be able to have kids someday
