Their injuries were reported to be minor, according to Bob Pearce of the B.C. Ambulance Service.
Pearce said park wardens and members of the ski patrol, assisted by search dogs, were searching for the missing skiers.
The slide occurred Saturday in Glacier National Park, east of Revelstoke, in the Rogers Pass area known as Knock Creek.
Seven people died in a January 20th avalanche in the same area of east-central British Columbia.
