happened to me last year, 13 months and she ends it over the phone. i was down and out for the longest time. what i found best was:
-get out as much as you can
-play an instrument
-watch internet videos of people getting owned
best of all i found:
-FIND SOMEONE BETTER

worked for me. give it a shot.
