I found out that at the end of the season all the employees Or instructors get a whole day to ski for free with no one but us there. Thats right no little kids, no racers, no one better then you in the park. I get all of that. just because I work at my resort. Fuck I love my job.

yup, i work at a ski store and we all go to this private resort/club and get to ski all day for free... with free lunch and everything

I dont care about a free ski day, but there is NOTHING sick about werking for a mountain unless your Oren Tanzer or "mudflap"

C'mon you get a free pass, discounts on clotheing from local stores and the ski shop, and discounts on food. You can make money too so you can use the discounts.

well Generally If you werk somewhere worth skiing its an expensive place to live, and mountains don't usaually pay very good they'll pay you "alright" but its ok becuase you get hooked up at the ski shops that are generally WAY overpriced and you get a pass that they know you'll do anything to keep, bassically your there bitch.
