i got some sony ones that were liek 20 bucks ans super comfortable, they have great sound.. pretty stocked. 20 bucks well spent, i dont know what there called but you can change the color plates , if that helps. truthfully i dont give a fuck im just trying to get rid of 10 posts so i can have 5000
I have all the grades in Sony Headphones, 150s, 300s, 500s and lastly the MDR V-700S and i love them, it's like travelling with a nightclub on your head. DJs and studios use them a lot for monitoring.
i got big fucking ones for traveling and then whenver im at school i got small one, i love my big ones but if i wear them constantly i wont have any friends
Sony MDR-V300s light small, amazing sound, but parts of them break kinda easily, so dont just stuff em in your backpack. Nothing you cant duct back together.
I know its cool to have huge headphones on your head, but a lot of people are recommending headphones meant for monitoring, which will really not give you as lively of a sound, because they are meant to be neutral, sound wise, and have an absolutely flat EQ. I mean, they work fine, but you would be just as well off buying normal headphones.
the problem with a lot of cheap headphones nowadays is that the bass is way too damn high. someone has to stop all these damn corperate niggers and stupid assclowns. the one's who are actually good and slightly intelligent often don't drop loud siple shitty basslines.
A good and cheap headphone is the Sony MDR-V150 (I think they retail for about $20 at BestBuy) and the sound is great, aren't as heavy to wear like the 700s.And if something should happen to them your only out 20$
Do not get Sony DJ headphones if you care about sound quality. I have som V500s and the sound is absolutely terrible. The bass is so bad - and they're meant to be DJ headphones? My EX-71 earbuds sound a hell of a lot better.
