Contacting poorboyz

alright, this is getting annoying. my war preorder never came, and i keep forgetting to contact poorboyz. the three times i have remembered, i called them and got an answering machine everytime. am i using the right phone number, (310) 798-4276? is there an email address i can use? their website is pretty useless with no contact information. so, anyone wanna help me out?
