Replying to Skiingmotion / Stolen Videos

I dont know if this has been posted before, but really, i would like to see some kind of message or something to keep people from ripping skiingmotion.com's movies, and/or stealing others videos and posting them. Some kind of banner across the video section or something that says that those are prohibited. Or maybe links from the video section to Skiingmotion.com? Id just like to see origional videos only.

And message for site manager, there are some skiingmotion videos in the Video section right now... deal with them as you see fit.

Does anyone else have other ideas about this?
