stretch ur hamstrings that should loosen them up a bit. and alsoe get it checked out u dont fuck round wid bad knees or the problem will get worse best to figureout wat it is
had the same problem..like there was a soreness pain in the outsides of my knee's like where my tendon was behind it. i started working out more on my lower body and also stretched out everynight and before and after skiing. i havnt had any problems since
no weight, high reps, lots of core balance... like balance on a chair or box or something... to one legged squats touching all the corners... that kind of thing, low impact to increase stability
i also need to get my knees checked again. i started off in the first place with shitty knees but i've injured them multiple times throughout the 8 years that i've been playing hockey. 2 years ago some asshole left his leg out since i had him faked out real bad and he came across my left knee really hard, he was going pretty fast and alot bigger than me. that hurt more than anything else in my life. i couldnt walk, move or anything. i wsa out for a while, but it still bothers me. i have to always stretch and stuff. do not do squats, theyre not good for you at all. when i do them my knees pop and everyone once ina while just give out. im gonna get them checked again, for sure. last i checked teh doctor said i had messed up my meniscus a bit.
