the best one was of the overhead shot of a guy in a red shirt that did the trick where u spin the bike underneath u and he did it for one rotation, the camera starts a little behind him and ends right in front of him, sooooo nice, little over half way thru

no, not true. well a little. there's more than enough biking in it though. its supposed to show the lives of the athletes. basically, a documentary without the interviews. only the voiceovers with deep and profound sayings about why they love the sport so much and the occasional "hell yeah". collective kicked ass.
