But whenever i change a picture to 50 x 50 pixals to upload an icon its alwats more than 2000 bytes by far... any suggestions???

make sure it is a JPG or a BMP and if it is, lower the quality.

try erasing some stuff in paint.. basically for files too big and you need to scale it down.

Of course Penguins have knees. They arent as developed as most mammal, or even bird knees. But they have the equivalent joint, its just closer to the hip.
