Top 3 for sure deserved there spots, but all I can say is that Favre's 3rd run made the whole crew I was watching with jump up and clap and go crazy...no one else brought that through the ENTIRE run.

i like how they beeped out tanner saying "holy shit" at the bottom of his run......but farve yelled "gunit motherfuckers" at the top of his.

so Candide didn't compete because Field "beat" him, but for all that fuss, we didn't even HEAR Field's name... had Candide been in the comp, that would have made for an exciting fight for first. it was a sweet comp to watch, but it could have been just a little better. mad props to all who threw down, though.

I really liked the switch tricks in the pipe. i had a class that ended at 8 so i didn't get to see the first runs and part of the second. when i saw laurent farve's switch tricks, i was jumping up and down yelling. i thought this pipe comp was really fun to watch is a step in the right direction. i just thought that jon olsson really didn't go 100%. i know that it is difficult under pressure and stuff like that but it never really looked like he tried. i am not trying to diss him in any way by saying this.

i wouyld have liked to see candide's run just for shits and giggles. you never see him in any mags, or movies (besides pullup wich i don;t have), and i wanna know what he is been up too.

Favre's runs sucked so what if he went switch in the pipe he got like 5 feet out on his switch hits and his first hit was pretty high but he had no style at all. The Dumont absolutely threw down and should have had 2nd for sure. Eveyone is sayin that Tanner's run is nothing special but it was way sick he deserved the gold no matter what everyone says about him getting the medal just because ESPN wanted him to win coming off of an injury Dumont was coming off of an injury and they talked about him too.
