Make something for her, when my boyfriends b-day came around and I had no cash, so I made him a teddy bear. He loved it. It was easy and quick.
Personalize it for her, put her favorate things on the bear or picture or what ever you decide to make. She'll love it. It shows that you put some thought into it. Chicks love that. {{I know what I'm talking about!!!}}

Go and build her a build a bear or get her some jewelry. Or you could buy her a movie she really likes (like the notebook or something girly like that)or just make her something. Write her some poems or if you play an instrument make her a song. Paint her something. Crochet her a hat. If she is worth keeping she wont give a shit what you get her as long as you think long and hard about it. Don't worry about spending money on her because you are probably in high school and it is stupid to spend to much cash on a chick at that age because you probably won't marry her.

Dude its about the actions not the present.
1. Make her breakfast. Fresh fruit, pancakes fresh oj with champagne.
2. Leave her house or if you both live together, your house and get flowers with a gift certificate delivered like 5 minutes after you go. Give her an hour anf a half message.pedicure/manicure at a good salon. should run ya like 100 bucks.
3. text message her once during the day to ask how everything is going.
4. Later drop by after work or school or whatever with Dinner reservations at a place which is special to you. first date, first kiss whatever.
5. set up you room at home with flowers and candles or if you with your rents and this isnt available get a hotel room and set it up sometime during your day.

she will rememebr that birthday forever and will be so amazed with you, you wont have to do shit till like christmas.

I did that for her birthday a couple years back. last year I took her to canoeing on this lake is saskatchewan. I acted like I was totally lost and went to shore to get directions. she was so pissed but I had actually booked a private cabin for the weekend and we just hung out and fished and went swimming. honest there was nobody else anywhere, we had our own beach and everything. it was pretty cool. This year ive planned a trip to rome for her birthday/our anniversary. we will already be in europe and she really wants to go to paris for her birthday but i know the best places in Rome so its going to be epic.

girlfriends are easy though. They wont care what u get em as long as you're nice to em the whole day. Its girls that your about to go out with but dont want to screw anything up that are hard. Thats where im at right now with this one girl and i just got her some candy and shit but then she wouldnt talk to me for a couple days(i dont know why) so i ate all the candy i got her and now we're cool again and i have to get her some new shit. But not candy, thats kinda lame, and i'll probably just end up eating it again.
